merchandiser
regional manager
territorial manager
Requirements to the applicants:
1. DUTIES:
- analysis of sales of rival companies’ products;
- controlling of sales in the accountable territory;
- management of trade agents team, their training and development of their professional skills;
- performance of stated quantity of sales in the given field.
2. PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- purposefulness;
- good organization;
- sociability;
- ability to listen and speak;
- experience to work in team.
- ability to organize other people;
- age – up to 35 years old;
- ability to make independent decisions;
- desire and interest.
3. EDUCATION:
- higher education;
- knowledge of foreign languages;
- ability to work with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint software and with the computer in general;
- work experience in this field – at least 3 years.
